Shelby Ann Reed
August 12, 1942 — December 26, 2022
Shelby Reed, 80, of Bay passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at Ridgecrest Health and Rehab. She was born August 12, 1942 in Jonesboro to the late Roy and Letha Sanders. Shelby loved taking care of her family, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Shelby was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Reed and son, Johnny Reed.
Survivors include her daughter Janice Hewitt of Trumann; 2 grandchildren, Jonathan (Jennifer) Hewitt of Jonesboro, Shanta (Matt) Hartley of Bay; 3 great grandchildren, Mallory, Paiton, Kaden Hartley all of Bay and 2 great-great grandchildren, Dani Rae Hewitt of Jonesboro and Graelynn Hartley of Bay.
Funeral service will be Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Harles Banks officiating. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 prior to the service.
