Sharon Timmons Yeager

Sharon Timmons Yeager, 63, of Jonesboro passed from this life Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

She was born June 27, 1951, to Wilburn and Jeanette Timmons of Bay. Sharon was a beautician at the Barber's Daughter hair salon in Bay. She also worked at several other beauty shops in the area. Sharon was a member of the Broadway Avenue Missionary Baptist Church in Bay.

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Jeanette Timmons.

Survivors include her loving husband Jerry “Butch” Yeager of the home; father, Wilburn Timmons of Jonesboro; one sister, Jennifer (Jack) Travis of Bay; and two brothers, Tim Timmons and Brian Timmons, both of Jonesboro.

Funeral Service will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015 at 10:00 am in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rick Jensen officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery. Active pallbearers include: Ed Martin, Marty Timmons, Dave Kelly, Dan Gossett,
Lannie Scott, Joe Yeager, and Jacin Hammett. Honorary pallbearers will be the Bay graduating class of 1969.

Visitation will be Friday, March 27, 2015 from 5:00-7:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel.
