Sharon Kay Isbell, 64, of Lafe, Arkansas, passed away on January 14, 2022
in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
Visitation will be held at 1:00 PM, January 18, 2022 at Pine Log United
Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be held immediately after visitation at 2:00 PM,
January 18, 2022 at Pine Log United Methodist Church with the Reverend
David Stallings officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Emerson Funeral Home.
Sharon Kay Isbell was born in Birmingham, Alabama to Nora Ellis and
Wayne Jenkins on May 11, 1957. He/she went to school at Lamar County
High School class of 1975. She married Lester William Isbell on September
2 nd , 1978 in Belk, Alabama. She graduated from Bevill State Community
College with an Associates Degree in Accounting. Her favorite hobbies were
reading, spending time with her family and camping with her family.
Sharon is preceded in death by her mother (Nora) and father (Wayne) and
stepmother (Hazel Jenkins), her grandparents (Charlie and Gladys Ellis, and
Forest and Vita Asbury and EC Jenkins), and too many aunts, uncles,
cousins and in-laws.
Sharon is survived by her husband, Lester William Isbell, daughter,
Kimberly Lenora Brickey (Billy Joe Brickey) of Jonesboro, son, Kenneth
William Isbell (Leslie Ann Isbell) of Hot Springs, brother, Gary Wayne
Jenkins, granddaughters; Kylie Alexandra Sandy (Spencer Sandy), Destiny
Anne Guyton, Courtney Brooke Brickey, Gwen Elizabeth Bowman, Sophia
Moon Isbell, and Tori Jean Brickey. She has also been blessed with an
abundance of aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws.
Pallbearers will be Spencer Sandy, Devon Witt, Cody Brickey, Dewayne
Ellis, Gerald Ellis, and Richard Ellis. Honorary Pallbearer will be Brian
Brickey.
Memorials may be given to Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
