Sharon Carter

Sharon Carter, 66, of Marmaduke passed from this life on March 28, 2014 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was born to the late Russell and Margret Winchell on March 16, 1948 in Chicago, Illinois. Sharon retired from Emerson Electric after working there for 17 years. She was a good person who enjoyed helping others. Sharon would volunteer her time to helping the elderly in her community. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Rusty and Steve Winchell.

Sharon is survived by her life partner: Sandy Dickinson of Marmaduke.

Son: Jesse Carter (Tina) of Paragould.

Daughter: Sherry Scrivner of McLeansboro, Illinois.

Brothers: Ed Winchell and Jim Winchell.

Grandchildren: Jeremy Carter, Joseph Rogers, Tyler Scrivner, Jordan Scivner, and Hailey Scrivner.

Services will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
