Scottie Faye Kelley, 69, of Trumann passed from this life Saturday, March 30, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Raymond Hill and Evelyn Brock on October 4, 1949 in Jackson, Tennessee.
Scottie lived her entire life in Trumann and was a member of the Marked Tree Church of God. She enjoyed playing the computer game Farmville. Most of all Scottie loved her family and was full of love.
In addition to her parents, Scottie is preceded in death by her husband, James Lewis; daughter, Bridgett Kelley; and son, Johnny Kelley.
Scottie is survived by her son, Rockey Kelley of Jonesboro; daughter/granddaughter, Kelsey Kelley of Trumann; brother, Raymond(Karen) Hill of Trumann; best friend/sisters, Glenda Fletcher of Jonesboro, Nancy Franks of Hernando, MS, Patty Norris(Buddy Campbell) of Trumann; best friend/sister/twin, Jackie Colter of Trumann; grandchildren, Matthew Kelley, Kody Kelley, Madison Kelley, Logan Kelley and Daisy Sky Kelley; and one great grandson on the way, Jaxson Scott Chandler.
The family will start receiving friends and other family starting at 12 p.m. Tuesday until 3 p.m. Wednesday at The Church of God of Prophecy in Trumann.
A funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2019 at The Church of God of Prophecy in Trumann with Sonny Winkles officiating. Burial will follow at Holly Springs Cemetery in Harrisburg with active pallbearers being: Billy Harmon, Ricky Harmon, Daniel Harmon, Brock Hill, Wesley Hill, and Josh Owens. Honorary pallbearers will be James Raney and Donald Guthrie.
