Scarlet Dunn, 68, of Jonesboro, died Monday, December 4, 2023, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She lived most of her life in Jonesboro and Trumann. She was born in Grenada, Mississippi on December 17, 1954 to Charles and Patricia Clanton. She was a member of the Valley Ridge Baptist Church. She was employed for many years by the Jonesboro Public School system as a Para-Professional. Spending time with her family was important, but it was her grandchildren that made those times terrific. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, one sister, one brother and one grandson.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Donald Dunn, of the home; Stacy Morris and husband Caliem of Jonesboro; sisters, Melody Wilson, and Melinda Linton, both of Trumann; grandchildren, Noah Tyler, Mollie Tyler, Braison Morris (Allison), Lucas Morris, and Lynnlee Morris.
