Sandy Fenner Hubbart

Sandy Fenner Hubbart, 50, of Jonesboro, died Monday, March 5, 2007, at her home.

She was born November 25, 1956 in Jonesboro where she lived her whole life. She graduated Jonesboro High School in 1974 and attended Arkansas State University.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lowell Fenner, of Kissiminee, Florida and is survived by her mother, Carol Fenner; brother, Buzz Fenner, both of Jonesboro, and sister, Judy Moore of Wolverine, Michigan.

The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society.

There will be no visitation and services will be private.
