Samuel “Sam” Phillip Burton Jr., 77, died Friday June 8, 2012 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He recently moved to Brookland from Grapeland, Texas. Sam was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Sennett and husband David of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Samantha Sennett; Marty Black and wife Breanna; great grandchildren, Xander Black and Jesse Black.
