Sadie Berg

Sadie Berg, 91, of Jonesboro, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2026 at her home. She was born December 11, 1934 in Monette to the late Joe and Bonnie Roddy. Sadie was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church. She was a homemaker for most of her life while her husband owned and operated a business. Sadie enjoyed gardening, cooking, and canning, and she was very active in her church, often volunteering to help in the kitchen.

In addition to her parents, Sadie was preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Berg; a brother, Bill Roddy and four sisters, Laura Jean Watson, Margaret Ratliff, Peggy Jumper, and Patsy Spurlock.

Survivors include her son, Phillip Berg of Jonesboro; two daughters, Ramona Lambert of Highland and Felicia (Keith) Sellers of Colorado; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
