Ruth Ann Mckee

Ruth Ann McKee, 55, of Jonesboro passed away Wednesday, April 20,
2011 at her residents of natural causes.

Ruth Ann was born on November 27, 1955, in Walnut Ridge. She was of the Pentecostal faith. She was a homemaker. She love spending her time with her family, especially her six grandchildren and one great grandchild, and though her body detiorated in recent years, her joy and her warm heart never faltered.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Nelson and Virgina Brown, and a brother Ronnie Nelson.

Survivors include her husband, Sammie McKee of lake City; two daughters Tracy and
her husband Ron Cross of Jamesville, WS, and Cheryl and her husband Ruben Cardenas of Jonesboro; one brother, Ray Nelson of Jonesboro; three sisters Hester and husband David Hutton of Pocahontas, Beverly Thomas and husband David Thomas of Jonesboro, and Regina Freeman and Terry Freeman of Bono; six grandchildren, Britney Cross, Tyler Cross, Dakota Baker, Dylan Cardenas, Angel Cardenas, Gustavo Cardenas; and one great grandchild, Emery Baker.

Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerre Hasell officiating. Burial will be private.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Emerson Funeral Home.
