Ruth Keisker

Ruth Keisker, 84, of Jonesboro passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born September 22, 1937 in McCrory to the late Alfred and Eithel Edwards. Ruth was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church where she was very active especially in the altar guild. She was a member of Jonesboro Junior Auxiliary, Jonesboro Garden Club and a member of the Bridge Club in which she loved.

In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. H.W. Keisker; 2 sisters, 1 brother and a great granddaughter, Elizabeth Matthews.

Survivors include her son, John Keisker of Little Rock; daughter, Rebecca Keisker of Jonesboro; 3 grandchildren: Stephanie Matthews, Timothy Penley and Jacob Penley all of Jonesboro and 5 great grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Marks Episcopal Church.
