Rudy L. Mullins, 74, of Bono, died Monday morning at his home. He had lived in the Bono area for most of his life. He was a retired factory worker from Lincoln Mfg. After his retirement, he enjoyed sitting and watching animals in his yard.
He is survived by his sons, Roy Lee Mullins, Bono, Jerry Glenn Mullins, Brookland; brothers and sisters, Ruby Freeman, Egypt, Charles Mullins, Jonesboro, Jim Mullins, Bono, Frank Mullins, Bono, Gerildine Womack, Florida, Maxine Mullins; grandchildren, Lanora Turner, Jeremy Mullins, Chad Mullins, Dylan Mullins, Josh Summitt; great grandchildren, Jessie Turner, Jeremy Mullins, Emily Mullins, Hunter Mullins, Noah Mullins, and Matthew Mullins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lee & Bessie Enlow Mullins; and a brother, Max Mullins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Emerson Memorial Chapel with John Freeman officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Active pallbearers will be Freddie Foreman, Rick Foreman, Ron Hill, Josh Summitt, Larry Foreman, and Roger Foreman.
Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
