Ruby Frances Kyle

Ruby Frances Kyle, 74 of Trumann passed from this life Monday December 2, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. She was born April 7, 1939 to Ivan and Eva Platz in Leachville. She resided in Trumann for the last 30 Years and she also attended Refuge General Baptist Church.

Ruby was preceded in death by her daughter Eva Jean Platz, parents, and sisters: Marie Keiter and Dorothy Pearson, and Great Granddaughter Natalya Pearl Williams.

Ruby was survived by her husband of five years, George Dennis Kyle of the home. Three sons: Jerry Ivan Platz (Sandra) of Evening Shade; James Wayne Rowan (Vanessa) of Evening Shade; Harold Kenneth Rowan (Dianah) of Jonesboro. Four brothers: Billy Platz (Joyce) of Monette ; Bobby Platz (Sondra) of Lake City; Garland Platz (Sarah) of Lake City; James Platz (Shirley) of Lake City. Two sisters: Barbara Keiter (Owen) of Monette and Joann McCrackin of Jonesboro. Eight Grandchildren: Tabitha, Nikki, Jessie, Amanda, Kenny, Harley, Xavier, Jamie, and Nine Great Grandchildren.

Services will be 2 P.M Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Ty Koons officiating. Pallbearers will include Todd Miller, Joe Miller, Kevin Keiter, Hunter Keiter, Gary Keiter, and Philip Keiter. Burial will follow at Monette Memorial Cemetery with Emerson Funeral home in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to St. Jude.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 4, from 1-2 P.M prior to the service at Emerson Funeral Home.
