Roy Lee Talley

Roy Lee Talley, 70, of Jonesboro died Tuesday Oct 11, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.
He was born in Grubbs and had lived in Jonesboro most of his life. He was a self employed painter, carpenter, Arkansas National Guard Veteran and member of the Strawfloor Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Talley, parents, Clarence and Carry Elizabeth Summer Talley, son, Roy Lynn Talley and brothers, Homer and McKinley Talley.

Survived by his son, Randel Talley and wife Lauri of Lake City.

Brothers, John Talley of Jonesboro and Bill Talley of Bay.

Sisters, Madgline Henson of Marion, Indiana, Pauline Wheaton of Swartz Creek, Michigan and Wanda Minton of House Springs, Missouri.

Granddaughter; Rachael Louise Talley.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday Oct 12, at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery, with Jerry Shelton officiating. Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

There will be no visitation.
