Roy Lee Hollands

Roy Lee Hollands, 72, of Caraway passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born December 19, 1945 in Portageville, Missouri to the late Floyd Franklin and Minnie Lee Hollands. Roy was a dedicated farmer for most of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, but most of all spending time with family.

In addition to his parents, Roy was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Hollands; son, Floyd Douglas Hollands; 4 brothers, James McKinney, Floyd Junior Hollands, Christopher Dale Hollands, Larry Gerome Hollands and sister, Imagene Pettit.

Survivors include his 2 sons, Timothy L. Hollands, Mitchell S. Hollands; 5 brothers: Rickey Hollands, Gary Hollands, Floyd Hollands Jr., Micheal Hollands, Gregory Hollands; 2 sisters, Norma Jean Towery, Sandra Wilson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Milligan Ridge Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Mike Colvin officiating. Burial will follow at Caraway Cemetery with active pallbearers being, Rickey Hollands, Gregory Hollands, Floyd Hollands Jr., Gary Hollands, Roy Towery and Frank Towery. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeremy Towery, Greg Towery, Branden Towery and Bryce Towery.

Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 pm prior to the service.
