Roy L. Foster, 79 of Jonesboro died December 24, 2006 at Beverly Healthcare and Rehab in Jonesboro. He lived in Kennett, Missouri before moving to Jonesboro in 1995.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Cortland and Essie Foster, a sister, Virginia B. Hopkins; a brother, Cleo Foster Jr.; and a half-brother Bert M. Whitlock.
Survivors include his niece, Mary Stevens of Jonesboro and several great nieces and nephews. All services will be private.
