Roy David Floyd

Roy David Floyd Sr., 52, of Brookland passed from this life on Saturday, March 10, 2018. He grew up in Missouri before moving to Northeast Arkansas. Roy was a mechanic that could fix anything; he just loved to work with his hands. He also enjoyed being outside, especially when he was mowing the yard. But the most important thing to Roy was his family. His grandchildren were his life as was his wife, Leanna. Roy is preceded in death by his father, James Floyd.

Roy is survived by his wife, Leanna Floyd; sons, Roy Floyd Jr. (Caitlin), Michael Floyd (Michelle), Jimmy Floyd (Samantha), and Gabe Cobb; daughters, Jamie Harju (Jason), Candyce Williams, (Matt), Samantha Ishmael (Jeremy Ford), and Tiffany Darr (Roger).

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at Emerson Funeral Home with Sean Buttry officiating. Burial will be private.
