Roxy E. Crawford

Roxy E. Crawford, 53 of Jonesboro passed from this life on March 20, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Jonesboro on July 5, 1961 to Bobby and Ann Crawford. Roxy worked for the Jonesboro Sun for 34 years. He was a hard working, funny family man who enjoyed joking around and watching his kids play sports. Roxy is preceded in death by his parents: Bobby and Ann Crawford.

Roxy is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Denise Crawford of the home; sons, Roxy Crawford (DeeDee) and Bobby Crawford; daughters, Misty Crawford and Ciera Croney; step daughters, Ashley Masters and Felicia Fleming; brothers, Ronnie Crawford, Keith Crawford, Vance Crawford, and Vowell Crawford; sister, Anna Rolfe; mother in law, Carolyn Pipes; and grandchildren, McKinely Crawford, JayKyle Wray, Brylan Fleming, Blake Fleming, Drake Masters, Jace Honeycutt, Daegen Spicer, and Maddie Stuart.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Martin Passmore and Lou Ann Lasley officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The honorary pallbearers will be Greg George, Scotty Cook, Joe Tidwell, and Gene Goad. Burial will be private.

The visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. prior to the service in Emerson
