Rose Ella Boling

Rose Ella Boling 83, of West Columbia, South Carolina passed from this life October 22, 2013 at the Lexington Medical center. Rose was born in Benton, Missouri to Cledis Ervin and Marie Huntsman. She spent the majority of her life in Light, Arkansas, and she resided in Columbia, South Carolina the past 7 years. Rose was an accounts receivable clerk with Hewlett Packard for over 35 years until she retired. She is a long time member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church. Rose devoted her life to her family and all believe that she was the best all around mother, sister, and grandmother.

Rose was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Harold of 55 years and her sister Bonnie Kennedy.

Rose’s surviving relatives include one son Philip Boling (Maureen) of Haymarket, Virginia; One Daughter Lela “Penny” Zais (Arthur) of Columbia, South Carolina; One sister Joy Faulkner of North Miami Beach, Florida; Two Grandchildren Carrie Richardson( David) and James Smith(Katy); Five great grandchildren Allyson, Sam, Noah, Grace, and Jaxon.

Services will be 1 P.M Saturday at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Winningham and Bro. Marion Stringer officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Brad Kennedy, Chad Boling, Sebastian Boiling, Chris Holman, Kevin Holman, and Van Boling. Honorary pallbearers include many friends and family.

Visitation will be Saturday from 12-1 P.M at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
