Ronnie Gene Lawrence

Ronnie Gene Lawrence, 43, of Trumann, died Thursday, November 26, 2009, at his home of natural causes.

Born in Trumann, Ronnie lived much of his life in Rockford, Illinois, before moving back to Trumann in 2000. He was a plumber and a member of the Baptist Church. He enjoyed playing basketball and football.

Survivors include his parents: Bill and Peggy Lawrence of Hoxie;

His mother, Ruby Morris of Trumann;

1 son: Justin Goff of Florida;

1 brother and sister-in-law: Rickey and Michelle Lawrence of Jonesboro;

1 sister and brother-in-law: Carol and Brandon Jernigan of Rockford, Illinois; and

2 nieces and 3 nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Johnny Green officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday evening, 5-8, at Emerson Funeral Home.
