Ronald Raye Tress

Ronald Raye Tress, 48, of Jonesboro, died Sunday, October 3, 2010, in Texarkana, Arkansas.

Ronald lived in Jonesboro and worked for FMC Corporation. He transferred to Texas with FMC and later worked as a Texas police officer before returning to Jonesboro a few years ago.

Survivors include: 7 children: Steven Layne and Daniel Layne, both of Weatherford, Texas, Brandy Tress Edgar and Tiffany Tress, both of San Antonio, Texas, Kathryn Tress and Alex Tress, both of Jonesboro, and Matthew Tress of Texas;

His parents, Roy and Barbara Tress;
His sister, D’Arcy April Tress;
His grandmother, Juanita Aston;

Other surviving family members include Adam Tress and a grandson, Sean Edgar.

A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, October 9, 2010, from 3:30-6:00 at Emerson Funeral Home.
