Roger Thomas Ragle

April 29, 1944 — March 26, 2021

Roger Thomas Ragle, 76, of Jonesboro passed away Friday, March 26, 2021 at St. Bernards Medical Center. He was born April 29, 1944 in Wynne, AR to the late Donald and Audrey Ragle. Roger was of the Baptist belief. He served in the United States Army as a Sergeant and was stationed in Germany. Roger worked as a mechanic most of his life and retired from Geralds Automotive. He was a jack of all trades and he enjoyed fishing and hanging out with his friends. Most of all, Roger loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Roger is preceded in death by his brother, Ronnie Ragle and a sister, Donna Ihnen.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Carolyn Ragle of the home; 4 daughters, Rhonda Holt, Debbie (Ben) Dallas, Jennifer (Joe) Smith, Lisa (Jeff) Deniston all of Jonesboro; 2 sisters, Kay Ragle of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Connie (Larry) Ragle of Milton, Florida; 7 grandchildren: Jordan (Casey) Drennin of Mt. Home, Samantha Smith, Mackenzie Dallas, Jacob Smith, Presley Banks, Chloe Baker, Nick Deniston all of Jonesboro and 3 great grandchildren, Everly and Addison Drennin of Mt. Home and Kylan Nelson of Jonesboro.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 10:00 am in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Chad Wood officiating. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery with military honors.

Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00 am prior to the service.
