Rockey Matt Kelley

Rockey Matt Kelley, 47, of Bay passed from this life on Friday, November 24, 2023 at UAMS in Little Rock. He was born to the late James and Scottie Kelley on May 14, 1976 in Jonesboro. Rockey enjoyed riding 4-wheelers, working, and taking care of his family. In addition to his parents, Rockey is preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Kelley; and sister, Bridgette Kelley.

Rockey is survived by his son, Matthew Kelley of Trumann; daughters, Madison Smith (Austin) of Trumann, Kelsey Kelley of Trumann, Emily Stayton of Caraway, Skye Kelley of Bay, and Hope Kelley of Bay; brother Jim Kelley (Tammie)of North Carolina and Bryan Kelley of Ohio; sister, Kellie Kelley of Ohio; and grandchildren, Jaxson Chandler, Karlie Chandler, and Kimber Smith.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 3-5 pm on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at Grace Pointe Church, 828 Christy Ave. Trumann, AR 72472.
