Rita Waire

Rita Waire, 73, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Sunday, June 28, 2015. She was born in Flint, Michigan to the late Stanley and Mary VerDier on November 3, 1941. Rita has lived in Jonesboro since 2004 and attended church at The Rock. She loved sewing, reading, gardening, and crafts. Rita is preceded in death by her parents; son, Rodney M. Waire; brother, Robert VerDier; sister, Audrey Russell.

Rita is survived by her son, Raymond Waire of Jonesboro; daughters, Robin Jordan and Rebecca Nail of Jonesboro. brother, Stanley Verdier; sisters, Judith Barajas, Debra McGinnis, and Patricia Tinnin; grandchildren, Louis Wilson, Tony Green, Mitchell Carter, Jessica Bunn, Joshua Bunn, and Brittney Waire. Rita also leaves behind nineteen great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
