Rita Kaye Smelser

Miss Rita Kaye Smelser was born July 29th, 1953 in St Louis Mo, she passed away from this life on March the 28th ,2024 at Piggott Community Hospital to rejoin her father Lehman H. Smelser her mother Emma Sue Mason Smelser her brother Jasper Eugene Smelser and many extended members.

Rita Kaye was a resident at NHC in Kennett, Mo. she leaves behind her sister Miss Linda Annette Smelser her bonus loving family Penny and Brad Benson and Miss Cassie Hale

Rita Kaye was a member at North Main Baptist Church. She worked 11 years at Books-A-Million helping stock the shelves.

Her hobbies included reading and collecting little Golden Books, playing cards and board games, going out to eat and trips to Texas and Nashville, TN.

Rita Kaye loved all things sparkly, purses, jewelry her cats and God and leaves behind many great memories with her friends and family.
