Ricky Parker

Ricky Parker, 65, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Sunday September 11, 2016 at the NEA Baptist Hospital. He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas on June 16, 1951 to C.R. and Helen Marie Midget Parker. Ricky lived in Jonesboro his lifetime, was a farmer and a Army Vietnam veteran. He was of the Baptist belief and was preceded in death by his father, brother, Robin Parker and a sister, Landra Parker.

Survived by his son, Kevin Parker and wife Jamie of Jonesboro.

Sisters, Connie Holladay of Jonesboro, Karyn Tackett (Phil) of Little Rock, Sandra Hailey (David) of Jonesboro and Dianna Thetford (Harold) of Jonesboro.

2 grandchildren, Meagan and Kelsey Parker.

A memorial service will be held on Friday September 16, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joel McMasters officiating. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on Friday in Emerson Memorial Chapel.
