Richard "Ricky" Allen Jones

Richard (Ricky) Allen Jones was born on November 17, 1973 to Charles G. and Betty Jo Jones in West Memphis, Ar.
He is preceded in death by his parents. He was admitted to the Arkadelphia Human Development Center on January 16, 1980 where he lived until his transfer to the Jonesboro Human Development center on July 16, 1981. Ricky moved out of the HDC system and into the community on the DD waiver program on May 12, 2014 when he became part of the UCP family.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his friends and housemates, his UCP staff and all the other staff who loved and cared for him through the years.
