Richard Rowland Hartley

Richard Rowland Hartley, 52, of Hardy passed from this life Tuesday, October 7, 2014 in Jonesboro. Richard was born April 17, 1962 to the late Lambert and Deana Hartley in Omaha, Nebraska. He lived in the Jonesboro area for most of his life. Richard was of the Christian faith while attending Cathedral Baptist Church. Richard enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was also an avid sports fan who loved watching the Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Richard is survived by his two sons: Tommy Owens of Jonesboro and Justin Hartley of Hardy; two daughters: Terra and Cheyenne Hartley of Bono; one sister: Diane (Joe) Turner of Jonesboro; and his niece; JaShena (Devalyn) Duke of Jonesboro.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m, October 11, 2014 at 40 County Road 112, Jonesboro, AR.
