Ricardo Garcia

Ricardo Garcia, 60, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday morning, December 23, 2008, in a single-vehicle accident near Trumann.

Born in Los Angeles Poanas, Durango, Mexico, Ricardo lived in Kansas before moving to Jonesboro 25 years ago. He was a maintenance person for CWC Mechanical in Jonesboro and a Catholic. He was preceded in death by a son, Julio Caesar Garcia.

Survivors include his wife, Maria Diaz of Durango, Mexico; and

3 daughters: Alicia Verner of Harrisburg, Lilia Garcia of Gardena, California, and
Mirtha Garcia of Durango, Mexico.

Visitation will be held Saturday, December 27, 2008, from 10:00 until 2:00 at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

Funeral services and burial will be at a later date in Durango, Mexico.
