Rebecca "Becky" Smith

Rebecca “Becky” Smith, 53, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, November 16, 2013, at her home. She had lived most of her life in the Jonesboro area. Becky was a member of the Herman Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ruben and Sue Jackson.

Survivors include her husband of nine years, Paul Smith, of the home; daughters, Jessica Jackson and Genie Jackson, both of Tuckerman; brothers, Ricky Jackson and Allen Jackson both of Paragould; sisters, Judy Perry of Jonesboro and Teresa Powers of Bono; grandchildren, J.T. Bankston and Charlee Jackson.

Funeral services will be 1:00 Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Gary Henderson officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Unity Cemetery with Blake Holder, Matthew Perry, Christopher Perry, Kendall Ritchie, Tom Scott, Markeice Ebron, Thomas “Peanut” Hilliard and Riley Gilbert serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 5-7 Tuesday night at Emerson Funeral Home.
