Rachel Sutterfield

Rachel Miller Sutterfield, 92, was born in 1923 to the late Sherman and Jeanette (Nettie) Miller. She was the wife of the late Ira Sutterfield. Rachel was one of Jehovah's Witnesses who loved and was loved by the five different congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses locally. In addition to her parents and her husband Ira Sutterfield of 50 years she was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her only daughter, Linda Finley; two grandchildren, Gary Lynn Finley (Christie) and Kimberly Villalobos (Isaac); three precious great grandchildren, Elliahna, Christopher, and Elliott; one sister, Lavea Miller Davis (Carlos); and numerous nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be at 3pm on Saturday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 5618 Summer Place in Jonesboro with Gerry Waldo officiating.

Interment was a private graveside at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.
