Pirlie Harrell

Pirlie Harrell, 66, of Bono, died Sunday morning at St. Bernards Medical Center. She had lived in Bono for the past 20 years. She had lived in the Jonesboro area most of her life. Ms. Harrell was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Jonesboro.

She is preceded in death by several family members; Roy Harrell, husband; Rebecca Self, daughter; Richard Nuckles, brother; Robert Hollis, brother; Gladys Mae Ellis, sister; and J.R. Nuckles, father.

Ms. Harrell is survived by her mother, Ester Nuckles of Jonesboro, her son and daughter-in-law, Glenn & Lisa Harrel of Bono, her brothers Harm Gus “Jr.” Hollis of Rogers, and Albert Hollis of Newport. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Tara Harrell, Shawna Harrell, Wesley Harrell, Brittany Self, Dillin Self, and Katelyn Self.

A graveside service will be held Monday afternoon at 5:30 P.M. at Nettleton Cemetery with Bro. Randy Lingenfelter officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be from 3:00 – 5:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
