Phyllis K Roark

Phyllis K. Roark, 62, of Paragould, Arkansas died Friday, March 13, 2009 at her home. She was born in Paragould, Greene County, Arkansas on September 3, 1946. The daughter of Charles F. and M. Jeanette Hendrickson she retired form the Proctor Hospital in Peoria, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her father Charles and an infant brother; two husbands, Clarence L. Price and Francis Roark.

She is survived by one son, Kevin and wife Christy Hendrickson of Paragould; one daughter Kelly and David Brantley of Zebulon, North Carolina; her mother, Jeanette Hendrickson of Paragould; three grandchildren, Brian and Katelyn Hendrickson and Holly Brantley. Two brothers Ronald Hendrickson; Randal and Bonnie Hendrickson of Paragould: Three sisters Janythe and George Hall, Deidra and David McClanahan of Sarasota , Florida; Brenda and Hal W. Brock of Sterling Heights, Michigan; several nieces, nephews, and friends.
