Phyllis ' Vickie ' Carroll of Jonesboro passed away on 8/22/2025 at her place of home.
She leaves behind her 5 children Kitty Rae, Integrity Allen, Cassandra Lillian, Collin David and Philip Dylan. She also leaves behind her special other David Bailey.
She was born in southern California from her parents of Sheila Fitzpatrick Phillips.
She will be missed forever.
