Peggy Lee Vaughn Peaster

Peggy Lee Vaughn Peaster, 62, of Caraway passed from this life January 17, 2016 at her home. She was born March 30, 1953 in Caraway to the late Eugene Vaughn and Lucile Tyler. Peggy loved spending time with her family, cooking for them and playing with the grandchildren.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her great grandson Isaiah Powell.

Survivors include her son, Allen Peaster; four daughters Cindy Helms, Sandy Smith, Sheila Beaty, Casey Emery; two brothers, Terry Vaughn, Mike Vaughn; one sister Patricia Nelson and twelve grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Thursday, January 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Danny Murphy officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, from 5-7 pm in Emerson Funeral Home.
