Paul Sneathern

Paul Sneathern, 78, of Jonesboro, died Monday, August 02, 2010, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He had lived in Jonesboro since 1965, moving here from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Paul was a member of Central Baptist Church and was the owner/operator of Sneathern Exxon. He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, Reese Davison, two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Lois, of the home; daughters, Debbie Haskins and husband Terry; Paula Gillion, all of Jonesboro: sister, Jessie Anthony, Poplar Bluff, Missouri; grandchildren, Christopher Blanchard, Corey Davison, and Lydia Gillion; and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Wednesday, August 4, 2080 with Brother Don Seat officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Terry Sutton, Jerry Sutton, Robert Sartin, Steve Merriman, Andy Moore and Tony Bittle serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 12:30 until service time at the Emerson Chapel.
