Paul A. Rothgery

Paul A. Rothgery, 84, of Jonesboro died Friday February 15, 2013 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. Paul was born April 15, 1928 in North Ridgeville, Ohio to the late, Lawrence and Rose Hlavadty Rothgery. Paul had lived in Jonesboro since 1957, moving here from Elyria, Ohio.

He was a retired vice president of engineering for Colson Company for 45 years in Jonesboro. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, where he was past grand knight. Paul was an avid wood worker, loved playing golf, fishing and camping.

In addition to his parents; Paul was preceded in death by his brothers; Larry and John Rothgery and one sister; Ann Bludosz.

Survived by his loving wife; Marguerite Rothgery of the home.

Sons; Larry Rothgery and Rick Rothgery and wife Debbie both of Jonesboro.

Daughters; Ginny Norris and husband Steve of Eureka Springs, Arkansas, Polly Stone and husband Rick of Memphis, Tennessee and Teri Willingham and husband Howard of Bethel Springs, Tennessee.

8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 great- great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday February 18, 2013 at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with Father Jack Vu officiating. Burial will be at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until service time on Monday February 18, at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.

Active pallbearers will be his grandsons.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Knights of Columbus and the Colson Employees.
