Patti Ann Tippitt

Patti Ann Tippitt, 59, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Friday, March 1, 2019 at St.Bernards Medical Center. She was born on January 31, 1960 to the late Elmer and Mallie Hill in Jonesboro. Patti was of the Baptist belief and had a caring and nurturing heart. She enjoyed picking pecans, working in her yard, making sweet tea, and looking for deals at the Salvation Army. The most important thing about Patti was the love that she had for her family. She was an amazingly loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. In addition to her parents, Patti was preceded in death by her brothers, David Hill, Leon Hill, Bill Hill, and Terry Hill Sr.; and sisters, Kim Staggs and Sally Shafer.

Patti is survived by her husband of 41 years, Steve Tippitt of Jonesboro; daughters, Jennifer Burns (Scott) of Moro, Arkansas and Candace Cerrato (Michael) of Bono; brothers, Buck Hill, Rick Hill, and Randy Hill Sr.; sister, Teresa Hill; grandchildren, McKayla Hutto, Madison Hutto, Luke Lehman, Grace Lehman, Abbie Tippitt, Chloe Cerrato, Kara Burns, and Parker Burns.

The visitation will be held prior to the service on Tuesday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Emerson Funeral Home with Don VunCannon officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Log Cemetery with the active pallbearer being Scott Burns, Michael Cerrato, Larry Harper, Josh Hill, Tyler Staggs, Robert Martinez, and Nick Hill. The honorary pallbearer will be Luke Lehman.
