Patti Wray Mcqueen

Patti Wray McQueen, 58, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Monday, March 6, 2017 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital surrounded by family. She was born on June 22, 1958 to E.B. and Lucy Wray of Duck Hill, Mississippi. Patti graduated in 1976 from Hillcrest High School in Memphis and soon after enrolled in Memphis State School of Business. In 1980, while taking business classes at Memphis State, Patti met her husband, Mike McQueen. Patti and Mike have lived in Jonesboro for 25 years and are members of Central Baptist Church. She enjoyed cooking, antiquing, and visiting with friends and family. Patti was most passionate about serving her family and making sure that they were loved and well taken care of. Patti is preceded in death by her father, E.B. Wray; brother, Ernie Wray; and twin sons, Brandon and Bradley McQueen.

Patti is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Mike McQueen; mother Lucy Wray,sons, Hunter McQueen and Michael McQueen Jr. and daughter-in-law, Shanna McQueen. Patti also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, March 10, 2017 at Emerson Funeral Home with Guy and Sue Kochel officiating. Private family burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery.
