Patricia Lane Whitmire

Patricia Whitmire, 73 of Walnut Ridge died Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at St. Bernards Medical Center.

Patricia was born in Clover Bend to the late Otto and Della Ludwig. She lived a large part of her life in the Kansas City, KS area before moving back to Walnut Ridge 13 years ago. She worked as a Personnel Manager for Wal-Mart until her retirement, and was of the Baptist belief. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and her love for her family will be missed but never forgotten.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly Whitmire.

She is survived by her husband, Dizzy Whitmire of the home; one daughter, Cheryle Mathews of Kansas City, KS; one son, Robert Dale Whitmire of the home; a brother, Darrell Ludwig of Tucson, AZ; two sisters, Charlene Henry of Malibu, CA and Donna Johnson of Kansas City, MO; six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
