Patricia "Pat" Leonard

Patricia “Pat” Leonard, 80, of Salem, died Sunday, December 20, 2015 at her home. She had lived in Bonner Springs, Kansas prior to moving to Salem. She was of the Baptist belief. Pat was a LPN and worked for the Mitts/May/Waggoner Medical Clinic. Preceding her in death were her parents, Jack and Sylvia Turner and one brother, Orlan “Bud” Turner.

Survivors include her daughters, Tina Rogers of Salem; Tammy Leonard of Linwood, Kansas; brother, Roy D. “Buz” Turner of Williford, Arkansas; sisters, Janie Harris and Judy Davis of Salem; Brenda Malone of Lake City; Kathy Hall of Jonesboro; and grandchildren, Jeremy, Ethan and Shane.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at Pine Log Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. There will be no public visitation.
