Patricia Brown, 59, of Caraway, died Friday at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Born in Monette, Patricia lived awhile in Jackson, Mississippi, but lived most of her in Caraway. She was a bookkeeper for Faulkner Tax Service in Caraway and was a member of First Baptist Church in Caraway where she taught Sunday School and served as Vacation Bible School Director.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband: Thomas E. Brown, and her parents: Leroy and Dortha Powell Gauf.
Survivors include:
Her daughter and son-in-law: Brandee and Matt Roberson of Caraway;
1 sister: Terry Gauf of Caraway;
1 brother: Michael Gauf of Caraway; and
4 grandchildren: Nikolas, Abbeegayl, Keech and Mia Belle.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1:00 at First Baptist Church in Caraway with Rick Stevens and Jeff Heitman officiating. Burial will follow in Greene County Memorial Gardens under the direction of Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Active pallbearers include: Mitchell Tipton, John Elinburg, Larry Barrett, Barry Riley, Jerry Brown and Gary Wallace.
Honorary pallbearers include members of the Ladies Sunday school class.
Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, beginning at 4:00 at Caraway First Baptist Church.
