Patricia Louise Mcandrew

Patricia Louise McAndrew, 81, of Jonesboro passed away Monday, October 9, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center. She was born July 21, 1942, in Albany, Oregon, to the late Ernest and Virginia Luehring. Patricia graduated from Arkansas State University with a bachelor’s degree in history and worked as a special education teacher. She was also a veteran of the United States Army where she served in military intelligence.

Patricia enjoyed reading, gardening, and loved her family and her dogs. She was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and attended bible studies for over 40 years with her 2 best friends. Patricia was loving, loyal, fun, and a very good friend.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth W. McAndrew; son, Christopher Jon Seagrave; 2 brothers: Harvey Luehring and Steven Luehring; and 2 sisters: Anneta (Don) Williamson and LaVeta (Darrell) Wilkins.

Survivors include her 3 sons: Alan (Erin) Seagrave, Michael (Rosa Maria) Seagrave, David (Greesha) McAndrew; 1 daughter, Kimberly (Halian) Phillips; 2 brothers: David Luehring, Michael (Cynthia) Luehring; 4 sisters: Geraldine (Jim) Linch, Wanda (John) Gibson, Karen (Stan) Dickson, Loretta (Richard) Wallace; 9 grandchildren: Allison, Ashley, Tyler, Zayla, Zabriel, Sabrina, Kiernan, Lucas, and Sarita; 2 great-grandchildren: Camdyn and Ella; and her 2 best friends: Robin Anderson and Susie Grommet.

The memorial service will be on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Father Kevin Gore officiating.
