Patricia Gentry

Patricia Gentry, 76, of Jonesboro, died peacefully on September 15, 2012 at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House. She was a member of Nettleton Church of Christ and loved being a member there. She enjoyed her family and friends and loved to read anything and everything she could. Patricia also loved her trips to Branson.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Julie) Gentry, Bloomfield, New Mexico, Becky (Greg) Tharp, Camden, Laura Friar of Jonesboro; her grandchildren, Michael J. Gentry, Priscilla Gentry, Justin Tharp, Spencer Tharp; her brother, Raymond Stroud; and her grand-chihuahuas, Sophie and Ellie.

Patricia was preceded in death by her son, David Gentry; parents, Bill & Lola Graddy Stroud; and her brother, Edward Stroud.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at Nettleton Church of Christ with Jimmy Young and Jimmy Ferguson officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Burial will be private.
