Patricia Ann “Pat” Applegarth, 68, of Lake City, died Saturday at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born in Milwaukee, Mrs. Applegarth lived several years in Wisconsin before moving to Lake City in 1974. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her parents: Theodore and Caroline Budny.
Survivors include:
Her Husband: Richard Applegarth of Black Oak;
2 Sons: David Applegarth of Monette, and
Robert Applegarth of Lake City;
2 Daughters: Sue Brewer of Lake City, and
Jeanie Hill of Black Oak;
3 Sisters: Gloria Hamman, Betty Budny, and Barbara Matkey, all of Milwaukee;
1 Brother: Teddy Budny of Milwaukee;
1 Brother-in-law: Ernie Applgarth of Lake City;
11 Grandchildren: Anthony Householder, Jeremy Householder, Amanda Householder, Beth Applegarth, Jack Sipes, Amber Sheedy, Tosha Hill, Tony Graves, Lane Brewer, Suzanne Rand, and Duane Hill; and
1 Great Grandson: Seth Rand.
Funeral services will be held Monday morning at 11:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with Darren Owens officiating. Burial will be private.
Visitation will be held Monday morning, from 9:30 until 11:00, prior to the service.
