Pamela “Pam” Dawn Wall of Jonesboro Arkansas went to be with Jesus on Saturday, April 26, just 4 days before her 68th birthday.
Pam was a graduate of Jonesboro High School class of 1975. Shortly after high school she graduated from Cosmetology school and had several other vocations throughout her life. Her love of animals led her to her career at Cato Pet Hospital for almost 20 years.
Pam was of the Baptist belief and had been a member of both The Word Baptist Church and Philadelphia Baptist Church.
Pam was preceded in death by her husband Richard Nelson, her father Thomas (Jack) Wall, her stepfather Andrew McCallister, and two sisters, Tommye Wall and Jill Wall Walker.
Pam is survived by her mother Carol Wall McCallister of the home, her sisters Carolyn (Jim) Thompson, Nancy (Charles) Liddell, Jackie Fields Yielding, her brothers Don (Janet) Wall, Larry Cole, and Darrell (Kim) Wall. She leaves behind a host of family and friends including many nieces and nephews.
Serving as pallbearers will be Brett Thompson, Blake Thompson, Jermey Cole, Parker Fields, Taylor Lachat, Ryan Cupp, Brian Walker, Matt Simpson and Dr Terry Doyle.
Honorary pallbearers will include her lifelong group of special friends, Bobbie, Cheryl, Joy, Laverne, Linda and Sue.
Visitation will be at 2pm followed by a service at 3pm on Pam's birthday, Wednesday April 30th, at Emerson Funeral Home. Jamar Andrews and Sonny Ray Dell will officiate. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery.
