Otis Leo Norton-Lynn

Otis Leo Norton-Lynn passed away on Wednesday evening, November 27, 2019 at home with his family. Otis was born on July 10, 1946 in Beebe, where he lived most of his childhood with his grandparents whom he regarded as his parents, Ben and Maude Norton, who predeceased him. Otis made his home in Illinois until his retirement when he returned to Jonesboro. A daughter, Kimberly, also predeceased him. He is survived by one son, Brian. Also surviving him are Bennie Norton Layne, his primary caregiver, Erma Norton Brady, Gary Griffin, James Griffin and Carolyn May, and a host of friends and extended family. Burial will be private and no services are planned. A special thanks to NEA Hospice Care for their wonderful attention to his needs, and to a special niece, Rose Hardin, for her loving care.
