Otis L. Wooldridge, 68, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday at SkilCare Nursing Center where he resided.
Otis was born in Blytheville and moved to South Carolina as an adult before moving to Jonesboro in 1975. He was a branch manager several years for ARA Food Service before working for Riceland Foods where he retired.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and traveling and was of the Baptist belief. He was preceded in death by his parents: R.O. and Iantha Wooldridge and 3 sisters: Ruth Ashabranner, Betty Daughtry and Linda Lawson.
Survivors include: His wife: Ann Wooldridge of the home;
3 Sons: Richard Wooldridge of Jonesboro, Neal Wooldridge of Paragould, and Greg Wooldridge of Batesville;
4 Brothers: Bob Wooldridge of Oklahoma City, Dohn Wooldridge of Midwest City, Oklahoma, and Hershel Wooldridge and Sterling Wooldridge, both of Blytheville;
5 Sisters: Joy Riggs of Jackson, Mississippi, Jane Frith of Ogden, Utah, and Melba Akers, Becky Simmons, and Carol Gilliam, all of Blytheville;
3 Grandchildren: Amber Wooldridge of Little Rock, and Ashley Wooldridge and Jessica Wooldridge, both of Fort Smith; and
1 Great Grandson: Athyn Little of Fort Smith.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Jerry Jolly officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park.
Active pallbearers include: Johnny Richardson, Rick Mosley, Mike Mosley, Curtis Wooldridge, Gaylon Ashabranner and Gary Simmons. Winston Wooldridge will serve as honorary pallbearer.
Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, 6-8:30, at Emerson Memorial Chapel.
