Oleane Reese

Oleane Reese, age 90, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Wednesday evening, December 7, 2005, at St. Elizabeth’s Place in Jonesboro where she had lived for the past couple of years.

Born in Tupelo, Mississippi, Mrs. Reese lived most of her life in Carson Lake near Wilson in Mississippi County before moving to Jonesboro a few years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Roy Reese; and by 2 step daughters: Captola Curry and Nancy Radford.

Survivors include:
1 Son: Tommy Reese of Jonesboro;

3 Daughters: Elizabeth Ann Dresbach of Jonesboro,
Bobbie Jean Shelton of Fenton, Michigan, and
Becky Cissell of Bassett;

1 Sister: Mary Ruth Harris of Forrest City;

22 Grandchildren,
Several Great Grandchildren, and
Several Great Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
There will be no visitation.

Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro is in charge of arrangements.
