Nona D. Adams

Nona D. Adams, 78, of Jonesboro, died Saturday February 7, 2009 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro.

She was born in Wilson, Arkansas and lived in Jonesboro most of her life. She was a bookkeeper for SMA for thirty years, and of the Baptist belief.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Tom and Olena Arnett Dickerson, two brothers, one sister and one daughter.

Survived by her husband; Bob Adams of the home.
Two sons; Todd and Derek Adams both of Jonesboro.
One brother; Ed Dickerson of Memphis, Tennessee.
One grandson; Graham Adams

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday February 10, at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Ed Dickerson officiating. Burial will be in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Active pallbearers will be Lance Pickering, Jeff Goza, Jerry Lawson Jr, Mike Darling and Josh Tackett.

Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time in the Emerson Memorial Chapel.
